On behalf of the DGRS and in partnership with the Bill Richards Marathon Trust, we warmly invite all those interested to come along and learn how proper fuelling can enhance both training and on the day racing.

Our guest speaker and accredited Sports Dietitian Cushla Holdaway will share her immense wealth of knowledge and practical solutions for greater gains. 

  • Learn how to get the fundamentals right daily 
  • Understand how to fuel before, during, and after sessions 
  • Understand how to fuel throughout a half or marathon training block 
  • Common troubleshooting, i.e. gut training, muscle cramps
