Summer speedwork is moving on 8 October 2025 to Wednesdays at South Hagley Park. Speedwork starts at 6pm from the Saturday startline on Deans Ave. Warm up from 5.30 pm. We then break into groups to run the distances and times that Don tells us to.

The track & field season starts on 19th October, and runs through to March 2025. DGRS athletes focus primarily on the running events.

Established in 2020, and based in Christchurch, New Zealand, Don Greig Racing Stables caters for runners of all abilities

This year we are going to run a Parkrun challenge where members will complete 5 different parkruns
