Summer speedwork is moving on 8 October 2025 to Wednesdays at South Hagley Park. Speedwork starts at 6pm from the Saturday startline on Deans Ave. Warm up from 5.30 pm. We then break into groups to run the distances and times that Don tells us to. On November 5th we move to the grass track at Ilam Fields. Details to come.

The track & field season starts on 19th October, and runs through to March 2025. DGRS athletes focus primarily on the running events.
